How to set after hour message in avaya ip00 v2

How to set after hour message in avaya ip00 v2

(OP)
Hi,

Please help me for setting after hour message - Actually now i am manually changing call routing from day time group to after hours. I want to set it as automatically.

RE: How to set after hour message in avaya ip00 v2

You need to tell us a bit more. The curse of IP Office is it can be done several ways.

How are you manually changing the daytime routing? eg. are you using the hunt group fallback settings or different incoming call route destinations?

Where are you routing to?

Whichever way, you'll most likely be needing to create a time profile. That can then be used to automatically control the switching.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Dude - 12pm is NOON, midnight is 12am

Make your 2nd entry 12am to 8:30am and you'll be good
