ContactStore and IPO Rls10

Hi ...

Is the ContactStore is still working on Avaya IPO Rls10?

Thanks

RE: ContactStore and IPO Rls10

No, the last release that officially supported it was R9.1.

I don't think they have specifically blocked from working in any way but they won't give any support to problems.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

RE: ContactStore and IPO Rls10

Contact recorder is still available if you are using application server

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

RE: ContactStore and IPO Rls10

Contact Recorder is still available for Server Edition as well.

If you are installing a R10.1 from scratch, the handover folder and call storage path will be /opt/vmpro/MM/VRL (in preparation for migration to Media Manager).

Hi ...

ya, also in document I noted that there is no mentioned that is stop working under windows.

Thanks

RE: ContactStore and IPO Rls10

Because its not actually Avaya software, it's from another company who probably get a licence fee, it hasn't been updated for years, only supports one browser, etc.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
