please any one help me
i have one main problem <if i made transfer from trunk to trunk and both users ended the call the 2 lines that used still busy and i can`t use any line till i disconnect it manually from system status
so i check mark at busy tone detection and disconnect clear but the same problem

The line has to have the feature as well, call your line provider and ask them to check.

..SO you need to contact your provider and have them check the lines and see if they have disconnect clear enabled.
