Greetings,
The issue we are having is when a call comes into our main number, is then transferred to an extension and the call ends up in their voicemail the voicemail info, either web, OneX or emailed, shows the user info of the person who transferred the call to them.
For instance... Call comes in from 'Joe Customer' on general number to reception. Reception then transfers the call to 'Tom'. Tom is not at his desk so the ring timer expires and the call goes to Tom's voice mail. When Tom looks at his email or OneX it shown Reception left him a message, not' Joe Customer'.

We have had this issue through a few releases and are running IPO500V2 10.0.4 w/ VMPro. Inbound calls on PRI.

Pepp77 - reception is doing a blind transfer. Other extensions other then reception have same issue as well.

This is functionality Avaya have understanding & changed on a number of ocasions

we are running 10.0.0.4.0 (sorry for leaving out one of the '0's Worked the same in ver 8 and 9 as well.

No My Apologies Matt M I did not read the original post thoroughly.

I thought Avaya had added a setting to control this operation but I was mistaking it with "internal Ring on transfer" sorry
I would expect a blind transfer to record the originating CLI, I will see if I can find time to test on my system.
