Avaya Softconsole Issue

Avaya Softconsole Issue

Our customer has started to run in to an issue over the past 3 weeks where Softconsole users (2 total) get logged off. We started logging and see it is also happening to a User who uses Phone Manager as well. Customer is running 8.1.79 IPO Software and 4.2.38 Softconsole.
We are seeing this in the logs for all 3 users. Continuous ping to the IP Office and everything looks fine with no timeouts.
Has anyone seen any thing like this before?

Never tried it but wouldn't be at all surprise if running both Phone Manager and SoftConsole from the same PC session leads to trouble - so have to ask why the users are doing that?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Thanks for the reply. Just to clarify - 2 Users are doing Softconsole from 2 separate PCs and the Phone Manger user is on another separate PC.
