A customer recently purchased several hotels. 6 of them have old Definity. The previous support company was generous enough to provide credentials, but they only work on 5 of the 6. Now that support company is no longer working with the customer. We are not an Avaya company. Our customer does not have paid Avaya support. I am familiar with the Definity, enough to get by...Will Avaya reset the password for a simple fee?
