Calling remote numbers simultaneously.

Calling remote numbers simultaneously.

(OP)
Hello folks,
Hopefully you can give me some insight and or helpful tips.

Example: I am trying to get whoever call's xxx-xxx-xxxx to route into my PBX, then from the PBX to manipulate the call to hit 2 different numbers simultaneously (Cell Phones)

I've tried making 2 IP phones with EC500 activated inside a coverage ans group to see if that works, although my PBX only hits 1 phone and not both. I've also tried Xmobile stations whereas both xmobile stations would be in the coverage ans group, YET my pbx STILL ignores the second number and only calls 1 number. Ive even tried ringing NOT simultaneously in a cover path where point 1 would be R1 and point 2 would be R2 yet my PBX is COMPLETELY IGNORING the second point. Is there something I'm missing ?

Any suggestions would be great. Thank you in Advance.

RE: Calling remote numbers simultaneously.

When using the ec500 option, does it work when you try dialing into the coverage answer group from an internal phone (and not from outside?

RE: Calling remote numbers simultaneously.

Only one coverage option will work at any one time , you have to toggle between the two with a FAC , so dismiss that as an option.

so route it like this , xxxx-xxxx-xxxx hitss a virtual station , the virtual station has a cover path to a cover answer group with your live stations in it.

Make sure the settings on the cover path allow the calls in your scenario.

Make sure you have enough call appearance keys and a ec500 button on the phones.

make sure trunk to trunk transfer in on.

Make sure you have the correct settings on the off pbx station mapping form to allow the calls to route.

Make sure your ars analysis table can route to the cells.

test by calling the virtaul station number and posting the results if it fails.

ACSS (UC/SBCE/SM/SME)

Not that they mean a thing anymore , get a brain dump pass the test crash the system.
