Has anyone had any luck getting a B169 DECT base repaired or replaced. I have a perfectly good B169 but the DECT base has quit working. When plugging it into power the blue power light goes on and then quickly off. If plugging it into a GFCI plug the safety button on the plug pops immediately indicating some sort of electrical fault within the DECT base. I have tried a different power adapter but get the same result. Even though the base has a unique part number it appears that Avaya doesn't sell it as a stand alone part. Avaya has also said that they will not or cannot repair any B1X9 conference units. It seems ludicrous that we have to purchase an entire new B169 kit just because one component has failed.
