have a cm 5.2 1 with 2 g650 gateways. DID's come in via pri on a mm710BP board. analog stations are all on either mm716ap or mm711ap boards.

i can see caller id trough a 'list trace' command on every analog station i check, with one exception. it has the same permissions and is on the same board as other analog stations that show caller id. i have tried different station types, including callrID, but still nothing on the list trace. even if i x-port the station, still no caller id on a list trace.

a list trace of the TAC when calling the station also shows no caller id.

carrier says problem has to be in pbx, as they cannot control caller id on an individual trunk in a group of did's.

only difference i can find is that this number is way out of the range of the other did's that we have.

any ideas would be appreciated.

thanks, tim

have you done a stare and compare between the working sets and the 1 non working caller id phone? also have you tried another phone?

i dont need 'live' caller id in this instance, but i need it available to my call accounting system. if i dont see it on a list trace, it certainly wont make it to my call accounting system.

thanks, tim

you mentioned its way away from the rest of your DiD's. its not a pstn line or something like that?

nope, I can see it coming in on the same trunks as the rest of the dids.

I would contact your carrier again. If that number is in another pool of DID. the Caller ID feature made not be enable like they are on the rest of your numbers.

Sounds strange, you see caller ID coming in on the trunk but not to the station. For kicks have you tried pushing the DID to a different analog station on a different port where you can see caller ID? If you can then I'd delete the station and copy a working station.
