2 out of 3 survivable sites not working when main down

2 out of 3 survivable sites not working when main down

I am pretty new to the cisco side and have a site with a pub and sub and then 3 survivable sites. When the network goes down 1 of the 3 sites come up and work. I am not sure where to look at to see why the sets aren't registering to the local sites. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

SRST is mostly programming on the router side. We would need to see your config to get anywhere.
