String Min Max Pattern Type
180 11 11 10 fnpa

I get denial event for 1800 number dialing with above string. But don't get denial event if the digit string in the ARS looks like this: 1800 or 1800xxx. What could be the issue?

What denial event you got?
Please paste the aar/ars, dial plan, route pattern, trunk route, and COR configuration.
