Hi,
you have several options:
transform dbf to a xls file
transform dbf to a xlsx file

A "grid's contents" is just a normal VFP table, that is, a DBF or a cursor. Ant it's very easy to convert that to Excel.

Just use COPY TO ... TYPE XL5. Or you can ue the Export Wizard. Or you can COPY TO ... TYPX CSV, since Excel can read CSVs directly.
