Getting this error continuously on my terminal..
evtCollSendEvent (): enqueue BUG5325 failed, queue full.

I am not able to login to the system..No PRI is working..There are tones available on TNS.

ANY SUGGESTIONS PLZ...

Your problem will most likely be the software is corrupted on the daughter board that sits on the SSC card. You have a Option 11c (Succession CS1000M?). The problem is that the system can't find the boot-up file and you will need to reload the software via a PCMCIA card or compact flash and a PCMCIA card adapter no greater than 128 megs and usually only the SanDisk cards work with Nortel kit.

You could try using "Ctrl I" from TTY 0 when it tells you on the boot up and see if you can restore the backup file that hopefully will still be on the SSC "Z" drive. You will also require the dongle keycodes for site ID 10366458.
Have you got them?.

I have attached a guide I did some time ago that explains the process but this job is really for someone who knows Option 11 systems well.

one question...i have a backup of my system that i have taken sometime before on my PCMCIA...and i want my system to remain on that backup...do i need to replace any file in the new package ,which you have provided to me with the files of my backup ?...

My advice would be to reload the software as shown in the word doc guide and let the SSC card do it's job. Once the system has powered up, you could follow the instructions on restoring the database (assuming that it hasn't been deleted) from the SSC "Z" drive as that copy will be the last one saved my the system as is usually the most recent copy from when it does it's nightly EDD routines.

Only if that has failed, that I would then go for the option to use your backup copy from your PCMCIA card. Don't try to take any short cuts as it will only made it longer to get your system back on line.

Disconnect the Ethernet transciever adapter as I think that this or the cable link is causing the problem, before you power up the phone system.

I've seen those "ssdrvAudit: Found unused block which is not erased: 1-05-13" errors before during a bootup. I wouldn't be that worried.

Unfortunately its still has the problem..It's in the loop process of warm startup after ...REASON 36.
I disconnected the Ethernet converter module and reinstalled the OS but still has the problem and giving the Ethernet connection error even it has no Ethernet converter module....
i noticed one thing,, it takes warm restart as soon as it connects to hyper terminal and starts exchange of serial data..I think the serial data interface part of the SSC is having some problem..

You might have a faulty SSC card. Reboot the system but make sure that everything else is unplugged. That means ALL cards, expansion cabinets etc. All TTY ports and equipment except for TTY 0. Also swap over the power unit if possible. You need to try and reduce the number of possible problems that could be causing it.

Sir you are right..I have also gone through the same procedure of taking out all the cards and PRIS out of the shelf and disconnecting fiber expansion shelf, but the system was not going UP...The SSC seems to be faulty..Will contact with tht local vendor after the weekend for SSC provision..
I will update about any solution that will work for me..

Received New SSC from vendor.. powered up the system..And it did well ..The new SSC with its default pre configuration ,made ON and and was stable ..I logged in to the system..But when I installed the new software 5.5 as provided in the this forum, the card started to give errors of COM001 Ethernet hardware and adopted same behavior as it was with the previous old SSC card..Re installed the OS but in vein..Now I have both the SSC cards with the same behavior, ...Rebooting after giving errors of COM0001 Ethernet driver and Reason - 36...I don't know what I am missing...

What you can try is to plug in the PCMCIA card into the SSC and power it up. Enter "Ctrl I" and once the menu pops up go to "Utilitites" and I think the next one is something like this below done from a SSC 05.00W system.

Once in this area, check if the Flash Boot version on the SSC card is the same as found on the PCMCIA card and upgrade it if it as this could be a problem with 5.5 software. You will need to reboot the system again to activate it.

Another thing to try is to load the system with a default database. If the system stays working, then it would mean that you have a corrupted database.

You have the latest flash installed on the SSC card.

I don't understand why your system is failing at the point at which you would normally be able to log in?.

Lets look at this a different way, Are you using TTY 0 as I think you must be, which is the correct port.

Is all other kit removed and only the SSC card installed?

What is the item code of the Daughter board card. This could be a problem as only certain types are compatible.

Have you tried using a different computer or have powered up the system without being connected in case the computer that you are using is causing a fault?.

I think your daughter board card should be NTTK25BA or later.
Your SSC card should be NTDK20EA or greater with the 16 meg memory card.

I'm not certain is your "CA" SSC card is supported for release 05.50 software?. I would have sourced a much later card.

I would follow the instructions in my previous reply via the word doc guide on formatting the SSC card by using "Ctrl B" when "Ctrl I" is asked for on the boot up to reload the software again and only select the default configured database. Let the system boot up and see if it is stable.

If this happens, then I would install the patches prior to loading in any backup file or the one from the SSC card.

SOLVED...
CHANGED THE TTY SERIAL DATA CABLE...

Very simple solution to the problem but took time in catching the fault..
