Foxprow 2.x can run on W7 32 bit, but will not run on W7 64 bit OS. You would most likely have to use virtual box with an earlier version OS.

Really? Since when has a 64bit OS no 32bit subsystem including its 16 bit subsystem?

Depending on your Win7 version you might not have XP mode, that only is included in professional, I think.
