please see attached.

RE: IPOCC-Contact Detail Reports-Connection Status-DroppedOverload

The call is dropped by the system, but it hard to know why without seeing how your call flows are configured.

The call was answered still Contact Detail Report it is shown as Dropped overload.

The call Flow is very simple, call received on IPO 500v2 forwarded via VM Module to IPO VMPro and transferred to Destination :703 "703 is Booking Topic in IPOCC"

RE: IPOCC-Contact Detail Reports-Connection Status-DroppedOverload

That doesn't say much, it's what's happening in IPOCC Task Flows that's interesting.

Also it depens which version you're running, a lot has been fixed in 9.1.9 although it isn't prefect.

Call Flow in IPOCC

RE: IPOCC-Contact Detail Reports-Connection Status-DroppedOverload

Well, that wasn't exciting =)

There is no easy answer, make sure you have at least latest 9.1 of IPOCC.
If it still happens you'll need to check the logs on why this is happening or open a ticket with Avaya.
