Hi,
We are setting up a ifax server enterprise on a ipoffice.
We have a issue.
We have set up a sip trunk to the fax server.
A incoming call route point to a short ode with the same did dial same did group id sip trunk.
That works for receiving faxes.
To send faxes we have to register the fax server, the I created a sip extension and user.
When it tries to register I get a 405 method Not allowed "not allowed to register from a trunk" or something like that. If I disable the sip trunk the server can register and then I can send faxes but I can t receiv.
If I route incoming call to the extension the called number the fax receive is the extension, I m then not able to route the fax to the right email address.
Does anyone already have experience with ifax/Hylafax Enterprise?
Thx
