IPOCC/IPO Voicemail Problem (still new to this)

IPOCC/IPO Voicemail Problem (still new to this)

I have a topic where if they are closed, it is going to a voicemail. To my knowledge it has worked from day one, but they recently have informed me it is currently not. I copied and pasted what it was made from other topics before. I dont know if this problem is coming from the IPO side or the voicemail side. When we get the voicemail option. It seems to be in the IPOCC because of the message I get reuses another Aganets NA message. BUt when it goes to transfer, its dead noise and a 1 second burp of music comes up and its does that a few times and sits and sits. Any Ideas?

Well, I have no idea what your Task Flows are like so I'd be guessing at best.

I'm assuming it goes to an External Destination that transfer the call to a a shortcode that points to VM Pro ?

Yes they are. I rebuilt that to, thinking maybe something was corrupted. Still does the same thing.

Do a monitor trace on IPO to see tries to dial something there.
