Cannot open offline .cfg, version 9.2?

Cannot open offline .cfg, version 9.2?

(OP)
I have a 9.1.10.0.192 Manager (latest) and I have 10.0 (latest). Both of them cannot open a .cfg which is 9.1.10.0.192. Anyone else having this issue?

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager\***.cfg is a version 9.2 configuration which is not supported by this version of Manager."

RE: Cannot open offline .cfg, version 9.2?

I haven't tried the older versions of R10 (GA, SP1, SP2), but SP3 does open the offline file, if it's saved by 9.1.10 Manager.

HOWEVER, the config looks corrupt to me... control unit shows as 9.2, while all the cards show as 9.1.10.

Based on this alone, I wouldn't use 9.1 SP10.

Yup we will not use 9.1.10 based solely on this. Not being able to create an offline config and use it with the same manager is kind of a problem for me.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
