anyone out there ever had issues on a BCM50 with PRI and Trust Fax. The issue is that the fax line(DID/DOD) receives the fax and their forwards the fax to an email address. Then client gets confirmation that the fax failed. We tried a different fax machines(Brother MFC) and it worked great. The fax machine that we are having trouble with is a Cannon machine. Everyone keeps point back to the PRI, even the client. I think the problem is at the trust fax end, not sure.
