what do you mean with ceasing of extns??
If you mean removing an extension, it depends on the type:

EXTEE:DIR=X; // for analog extensions
KSEXE:DIR=X; // for digital extensions
CXAKE:DIR=X; // for dects
IPEXE:DIR=X; // for IP extensions
GEDIE:DIR=X; // for virtual extension
