How to forward hunt group calls when busy to voicemail AVAYA IP Office Manager v9.1.500.145

(OP)
Hi,

So i'm working for a company and we are using Avaya IP Phones. I'm using Avaya IP office and have one hunt group, this hunt group consists of around 5 people and they work till 6 pm while the whole company finishes 5 pm and goes home. when the hunt group finishes There call is forwarded to the reception phones DND voicemail.

But the question is, how do i forward there call to a voicemail while all of them are busy talking? So basically from 5 pm to 6 pm how can i get there calls forwarded to a voicemail?

Thanks

Create a duplicate group. Create a Time Profile for 5 to 6 pm. Add the time profile to the Incoming Call Route so that incoming calls ring this new group during that time profile. Turn ON voicemail for the new group. In VM Pro, create a Leave action for the group to go to the desired voicemail. If Embedded voicemail, create an overflow group with a user that is forwarded to a short code that is Voicemail Collect for the desired mailbox.
