Professional Greetings

Professional Greetings

(OP)
Hello folks,

i can get .WAV files working onto the system SD Card on the IP500V2 (various sw levels) thats no problem. i use these for announcements, mailbox greetings and auto attendants.

is this practice a supported feature? the reason i ask is that sometimes i find that the greetings i put on the SD Card get wiped and when i dial in to listen to them, i get a clicking noise.

any help appreciated

RE: Professional Greetings

Recreate the sd card but get ready to replace it. Back up your config-your licenses esp.

i usually recreate my SD Cards using my PC. i'd need to do that onsite.

if the recreation is successful, would it restore the greetings etc?
