crystal 2013 charts

crystal 2013 charts

(OP)
My report pull all data from my database but I only display the grouping of the last 18 months (by month)
I have a rolling 90 day total so I want to pull more data than I want to display.
I hide the data prior to the 18 months using section expert formula.

I also have a chart and would like the chart to only display the 18 months worth of data also. Can I set a starting date on the chart data?

RE: crystal 2013 charts

Probably best to create your chart in a subreport and keep the two sets of data separate.

Alternatively bring back data for 18 months and then use a formula in your Running total to restrict data to last 90 days, and in report expert suppress details and groups which are older than 90 days.
