Customer has a Magix system with Merlin Messaging 8 Port. System has been working fine for over 5 years. I was send out there because voicemail stopped working. Voicemail works when dialing 770 or when dial extension ports directly(tested all 8 ports system answers) but when you call an extension it does not transfer to their voicemail. Call rings and on the 3rd ring it sounds like it transferred but just keeps ring. Checked programming everything looks right. I reset system and the same thing still happens. Can anyone point me in the right directions. Thanks
