According to your IODDP printout, your disk is called SYDISK1 and not SYSDISK1.

Wow daddy finger trouble! That is a good reason to use copy and paste from at text file rather that free typing commands.
That brings back memories of when one of our installation guys typed REVOL instead of RELVOL on a set of BC1 tapes.
Caused a lot of head scratching smile
