Hi

Your day and night position for Route 1 send the callers to voicemail. If the voicemail is not answering, check the voicemail system.

RE: Call from Out side Issue

Note: when blocked main number in mdf i can receive a call from outside, but if unblock it it is just ringing.

RE: Call from Out side Issue

Do you block all trunks in route 1 to force the call onto route 2 or do you just block the first trunk in route 1?

If you do this which route/trunk does the call come in on when it works?
