IPOCC agents in more then 5 agent groups

IPOCC agents in more then 5 agent groups

(OP)
Hi guys,

I'm new to the IPOCC. I'm working on the excel sheet, but I can only add an agent in max 5 agent groups? Is there another way to do it. I have agents which are in more then 10 groups. In the docs I could find that an agent can be in up to 120 groups, but I just do see it on how I can manage this with the excel for the configuration

Thanks in advance

Steve

RE: IPOCC agents in more then 5 agent groups

You can configure it after the excel sheet.

Also usually you would want to add the users to a profile and have that profile be member of agent groups, not program agent groups on each agent.

Hy,
I agree with janni78,

I usualy don't use the Excel spread sheet.. It may be a good ideea to play more with the Configuration menu in User Interface since you are new to IPOCC..
