Hy guys,

I have this common problem I see here about Agents getting error messages when singing in. "The connection to the telephone system is interrupted"



So I have checked the system password and it's ok.
Agents have Telephony enabled.
I have required licenses.


I get errors in TTrace -> IPO-> Taskserver_IPO :

The Chap is syncronized..

I ran out of options,.. what am I doing wrong?

Ok problem fixed..

I didn't have TAPI enabled under Security Settings for IPO ..

Hope this will help others though!

Well i have installed this couple of times with no problem..
I thought TAPI was enabled by default and never checked it! :)

Case closed! :)

Check TAPI settings in IPOffice Security, TAPI should enabled
