Elastix server went down

Elastix server went down

All of sudden our elastix server went down, and I have to do a hard reboot on server to bring it back.
Please let me know which log files I have to check to see the crash details, I checked following logs
and /var/log/httpd/ssl_error_log

Please let me know if I have to consider any other logs file.
When this happened I was able to connect to server using ssh client, all the extensions got unregistered, I was able to access elastix panel, but when I click on something it wasn't showing anything and it made me to restart server to fix this issue. Any thoughts why this happened?
I Installed FOP2 one day before this crash.
