Partner ACS R8.0, 012's and 308's. Client uses system for parking garage single line wall phones. Parking garage user picks up single line telephone auto rings to ext 10, guard/lobby receptionist. Client wants parking garage callers to pick up single line telephone, auto ring say six or seven times to guard/lobby telephone, if not answered rings to a outside line/ cell phone. I know I could assign a button for Call Forwarding but client wants the front desk to have first crack at it. Suggestions?
