Highlighting Cells in a Matrix report

I am struggling coming up with a way to highlight certain cells in a Matrix report.

I want to highlight the cell for the corresponding work order if the Date scheduled = the column date. Any ideas?

Thank you for the suggestion but that does not work. I have tried the following and the results are not correct:


Work Order # 2181 should only have the corresponding cell under 1/4/2015 highlighted

Fields!Date.Value - is the date field that runs across the top of the page in the matric

you welcome .use this expression on text box colour expression .and for just testing add column of DateSched to verify.
