Change topic name on the agent display

Change topic name on the agent display

(OP)
Any one know how to change the topic name displayed when the call is presented to the agent?
I have IVR choices in a topic and need to display the chosen service on the agent phone display.
Thank you.

RE: Change topic name on the agent display

You can't display anything on the phone.

Send you IVR choices to different topics, that way it will show Called Topic and Last Topic.
Otherwise you can have a variable containing the choice that is presented to the agent.

Do you to know how to create it and integrate it is in the callflow?

Thank you again!

RE: Change topic name on the agent display

Do you want to create New Topic and Integrate on IVR?

RE: Change topic name on the agent display

You can create a taskflow like this :

Telehpone call (topic 1 ) -> IVR Script -> if IVR_script_return = 1 if Y go to - > topic2
if N -> IVR_script_return = 2 if Y go to - > topic3 and so on ..
