Hi,
Any one knows if it's possible to ring many logged agents phones for a single call same way as a hunt group, but through a taskflow?
The reason is some topics are treated as urgents and a call has to be answered asap.
I can use an external extension (huntgroup on the IPO), but need to use only the logged agents!

It's not possible and it's not how a call center works.

The concept is that a free agent should be able to take the call otherwise he/she wouldn't be free.

Otherwise, can the agent receive a second call on his phone (hunt group/external emergency call), even if the first call is IPOCC TOPIC call?
My problem today is a topic call should be treated as emergency, even if all my agent are already in call! I have to find a solution, that an agent can put his call on hold, and take the emergency one..

If you have 3 CA buttons it should give call waiting on IP Office direct and huntgroup calls, haven't tried it though.
