Clarion 6.3 Print Related Records

Clarion 6.3 Print Related Records

(OP)
Hi

I am working in Clarion 6.3 EE

I have three files MAIN - Key in file is RecNumber

Then I have a file INCOME – Keys in file are RecNumber & LinkNumber

Then I have a file Deductions - Keys in file are RecNumber & LinkNumber

Files INCOME & DEDUCTIONS have a file relationship with the file MAIN and are linked by the LinkNumber key to the RecNumber of the MAIN file

I want to print out the Incomes and Deductions. I use the Main file Recnumber key to print and have the Income and Deductions fields in the report detail section

When I only have one income of 200.00 and various deductions, it prints out as follows:

Income 200.00 Deduction 22.50
Income 200.00 Deduction 16.30
Income 200.00 Deduction 37.18

There should only be ONE Income of 200.00 and the display should be:

Income 200.00 Deduction 22.50
Deduction 16.30
Deduction 37.18

Could you please help me

Thanks Marius
