We have been using a Merlin Magix 1.0 system for about 20 years. We switched voice providers and they ported all our DID's that we use. All the DID's work ang do to their respective internal extensions. The only DID that doesn't is the main company number. The operator console is our internal extension of 555 and the last 3 numbers of our main number is 570 and when someone calls, it's ringing to the internal extension of 570. It didn't do that until we switched providers. Is there something that needs to be changed or reprogrmmed?
