Hi,

I have a customer that is trying to setup their BLN router to communicate with our ATM switch.  The problem is that they continue to receive "Invalid Header Errors" on their router.  We have verified our configurations on our end and with the customer, tested bi-directionally with no errors,
upgraded their IOS, swapped the cable between the CSU/DSU and the router, but the errors still continue to increment.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
