list subscribers with pbx extension

MM 5.2. I think we have a subscriber configured with the wrong pbx extension. I am trying to figure out how to list subscribers with pbx extensions showing instead of stepping through 3000+ web pages. Seems like there use to be a tool that would do this in MM 2 but I cannot find how/if it can be done in MM 5.2.

RE: list subscribers with pbx extension

You may be thinking of Mailbox Manager. The newer versions needed a license file to work but you can still make the older ones work if you have a copy.

Best way to get you list is to use ASA to exports the info out of the MSS.

Hi Ken,

Yes, it was mailbox manager.

I have never been able to get the link from ASA to work. I assume the Messaging server means the MSS. I get an LDAP bind error. Invalid credentials. The LDAP diag showed me it is using port 56389 but it doesn't show what credentials it is using. I have been trying my sa login.

RE: list subscribers with pbx extension

You need to setup a trusted server on the MSS side. Ill see if i can find the DOC

RE: list subscribers with pbx extension

Not sure about it closing out on you. Is it SP1.01 or SP11.01 ? I have sp11.01 and it seems to work fine. If you need help let me know
