Hi
I am new to cisco, and both 7841 and Jabber shows "Phone shows unregistered".
How do we trouble shoot this?

Is it getting an IP address? Is the switch port configured for the correct VLAN? Is the phone programmed in CM? Those are the initial steps to take.
