We have Avaya IP500 v2 Firmware v7 with Manager v9.0 running in Partner mode.
We have the Essentials License.
We frequently get empty voicemails. We have Comcast analog lines, and Comcast blames the phone system, although the issue only began when we switched to them. Is there a setting within Manager or elsewhere to release the call sooner upon hangup, or not keep voicemails of silence?
