1. Created base extension 1268 with phone password 126810
2. Created user XYZ with password 101268, extension 1268, Telephony- Supervisor- Log in code 101268, Force log in unchecked
3. Connected phone
4. Prompted for extension, entered 1268 OK
5. Prompted for password, entered 126810 OK
6. Phone comes up as extension 1268 and with user xyz
If there is an extension with matching number to the user, then there is no error message. Only, if there is no extension. Because in this case the user cannot work unless he uses hot-desking. Hence the error if no hot-desking code is set.Tinos said:All users have hot desk. If I remove log-in code from the Supervisor setting under Telephony tab I get errors in the Error pane.
