Printing 2 copies of the report everytime

Printing 2 copies of the report everytime

(OP)
Crystal Reports 2008

I have created a report but I want it to always print 2 copies.
I have tried getting the printing preferences to keep 2 copies selected each time but as soon as I close the report and go back in it defaults back to 1 copy

Is there anyway I can make the report always print 2 copies, there must be a setting somewhere within crystal but I cannot find a way as yet.

Any ideas please

RE: Printing 2 copies of the report everytime

There is no way to set this in Crystal itself.

In addition, if you think about how other software, such as MS Word or MS Excel, works, they don't save the number of copies to print after you close those applications. So, Crystal is working just like other applications.

Ok thanks for the replys

An inefficient way you could do this (if your report currently does not have any subreports) is to bring a copy of your report as a subreport in the footer of your main report.
