Enterasys X4 X-CM, OS cloning question

Enterasys X4 X-CM, OS cloning question

(OP)
I have a working X-CM-00 card and I just recently got two more cards that did not have the compact flash card. I bought 2 1 GB compact flash cards and used linux to make a clone image of the good C.F. and tried cloning the image onto the new CF cards that I purchased. So now when I try to boot up the XM card with the new CF all that I get is "GRUB loading stage2..." and after that nothing else. I have left the unit on for 15 minutes without any change. Is there a better way to get a good working image on the new CF that I purchased from the known good CF card.
I can take the known good CF and plug it into the other two XM cards and they work just fine with the known good CF.

Any help would be great.
