Hi,

I am using Siemens Hipath 3550 V7R063,from many days I am facing the problem of PRI down,When Pri get down I restarts system and it runs.I changed CPU card,PRI card but problem is as it is what can be the issue.

power supply tested system stays in ideal condition but in PRI down condition when I disconect and reconect PRI it get up.another one this we replaced current epabx with new hipath 3550 and it worked well no PRI down issue found.When I reconected old Hopath 3550 raising same problem again.is i need to upgrade system software?I am going to do that.If another issue can be kindly reply as soon as.

its cleared.problem were due to crc4.

CRC errors...Was something optioned as AMI as opposed to B8ZS ponder

Have you tried to run head to head with your provider? It sounds like a connectivity issue with your provider. If it is the PRI will be running errors.

Yes but pri provider told from our side it is ok
