i want to connect to sybase 15.3 server from powerbuilder 8

i use odbc and success to connect but i have a problem that columns contain characters data which is arabic or english strings give me data displayed in strange character form which is "??????????"
or a strange character like this "€Ô¥€†¡Æ éÔØ€ á¥¡Æ ÆÖÆØ ÖÞ€ã"

i review regional setting and found it arabic egypt

i use window xp for development the application
