Any ideas on how to resolve this?

I am running a report that dynamically changes an Image each time the report
is run. While the following works when the report is displayed in the Active Report Viewer, all images are lost if the report is scrolled, printed or exported.

Sub Detail1_Format
If My.Computer.FileSystem.FileExists("C:\Images\tmp.bmp")Then
picture1.Image = Image.FromFile("C:\BinBox\Images\tmp.bmp")
Picture1.SizeMode = DataDynamics.ActiveReports.SizeModes.Stretch
Else
picture1.Image = Image.FromFile("C:\BinBox\Images\IFNA.bmp")
Picture1.SizeMode = DataDynamics.ActiveReports.SizeModes.Stretch
End If
End Sub

Sub ActiveReport_ReportEnd
Dim tmp1
tmp1 = Picture1.Image
If Not tmp1 Is Nothing Then
Picture1.Image = Nothing
tmp1.Dispose()
End IF
End Sub
