While trying to record a greeting for VM Pro it suddenly stopped working. After around 8 attempts the customer was still not happy with their call recording and on the 9th attempt vm pro would not record the greeting.
Exactly as before nominated extension would ring and then tell the user to leave a message after the tone. However at the end of the recording there was no recording it just said 0 seconds.
One thing I did notice is that at the bottom of the screen on the recording menu it said 'cannot locate file'. We were not overwriting a previous file and creating a new file each time. The other call recordings were all in the same file that we were trying to save into so it is not as if we were trying to save the new recordings to a new place.
Any ideas? Could a firewall of suddenly started blocking recordings?
