Nortel IP phones and Cisco 2960 POE

RE: Nortel IP phones and Cisco 2960 POE

Shouldn't be a problem - do a "show power inline".

RE: Nortel IP phones and Cisco 2960 POE

(OP)
Switch4RustStreet>show power inline

Interface Gi1/0/10 is where the phone is plugged into. Exact phone and cable works with a smaller SG300-10P

RE: Nortel IP phones and Cisco 2960 POE

If the same switchport works fine with the same cable for a different phone, then I wonder if the phone itself is faulty?

Maybe you could try forcing the inline power from auto to "max 15400", for example. Or try it on "static".
