Disk check in progress: v3000->12/12/2013

I am trying to reset a 3com NBX v3000 to defaults but am recieving the errors above when booting and cannot get into the system. Is there a way to reset to defaults through console and is it possible with the above errors?

Thank you in advance for your help!
