Does anyone know what may cause a "dead-air" call? Our agents receive calls once in a while where they don't hear anyone. They see the DNIS number on the phone display but don't hear the caller.

We have the same issue on a Aspect Legacy ACD, check with the Telco or Carrier maybe is the lines. Also those are DS1 or ISDN PRI?
