Custom colors in chart are changed to default colors in InfoView

Custom colors in chart are changed to default colors in InfoView

(OP)
SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI

We have some reports with the charts where the Color Highlight feature with custom colors is used. The feature works perfectly when the reports are displayed in Crystal designer and exported to PDF. When the report is placed in Infoview, the colors of the chart are changed and the Color Highlight feature with custom colors does not work. It is interesting that when I am viewing several times the same report in Infoview, the colors are changed every time.

Please help me!! This custom color feature is very essential to our clients. How can this be controlled in the Infoview?

Thank you very much!

RE: Custom colors in chart are changed to default colors in InfoView

Unfortunately, there may not be much you can do with the version of BusinessObjects that you're on, which is older and no longer supported by SAP. You may want to look at upgrading to at least XI 3.1 sp5 (I believe you can download a trial version from the SAP website with a 30-day license key) and see if that resolves your issue.
